Warranty

The evobag products are protected by a two-year warranty, as required by law, starting from the purchase date.

If the product doesn't work in accordance with the specific declared, evobag will repair it or replace it for free with an equivalent one.

The warranty is applied to the products returned in their original conditions, undamaged, complete with original packaging and proof of purchase.

The warranty is not applied for damages caused by: color's transfer, accidents, improper use and any others incorrect actions.

This warranty constitutes an extension of the customer's legal rights and does not affect them in any way.
